Aluminum, Steel, Cupper & Stainless:
Restraining galvanic corrosion arisen from contact with different kinds of
metals brings a lot of benefits. Can be effective with aluminium, steel,
cupper and stainless steel.
Prevention of corrosion and fading of color:
Once treated with MetalCoolant, corrosion and fading will not occur for
long. Under such a cercumstnace where metal tools or metal parts are
exposed to air for 3`6 hours, corrosion and fading will not occur. Treated metal surface gets
stable for long if it does not contact with different metals. The excess
MetalCoolant on the metal surfaces may be easily removed with water.

Chroline free - Safe Aqueous Solution
Very safe to working environment and operators. Ingreidents are food
grade and quite safe to health. It can be used under ISO14000 working
environment.

Usage
@Dilute PressCoolant with water at the ratio between 10X ~ 15X in accordance with its usage. Fill the storage tank up to the standard water level.
Maintenance
When the solution gets lower than standard water level, add the diluted solution (10X~15X) up to the level. The amount of refill depends on the working environment and/or evaporation of PressCooland. The circulation system with a wide open top, water evaporates more than PressCooland. In that case, adding tap water is necessary. If any other agents could be added for maintenance, the density of PressCooland will change. It is recommended to measure refractive index periodically for accurate dosage.

When
treated metal surfaces get dry, white deposition can be seen on the
surfaces. This deposition is inorganic salt and no effect to the
metals. Flush it with water and dry with air blow. Also conventional oil
removing agent can work.
Process
the waste with necessary treatment, such as activated sludge before
disposal. Ask for local waste processing personnel and dispose of in
accordance with local regulations.
